Despite being caffeine-free, our decaf coffee is bursting with flavour. Prior to roasting, the green beans have undergone a sparkling water decaffeination process which uses a mix of carbon dioxide and sparkling water to selectively remove the caffeine from the beans whilst ensuring the coffee retains its initial taste and aroma.
Unlike many decaffeination methods, this method is a gentle, natural, and organically certified and allows the coffee to retains its initial flavoursome characteristics.
