What's That Roasting? A New Bean!
We are delighted to announce the launch of our newest coffee ‘Fabrício’s Topazio’! It uses a Brazilian bean that creates a viscous coffee with tasting notes of hazelnut, brown sugar, apple, biscuit, and chocolate. But why ‘Fabrício’s Topazio’?, you ask. We know, we know, we’ve strayed a little with the naming of this one but we really wanted to get across just how personal a coffee this is to us and shed a little light on the people behind the beans.
